Kim Kundert brings years of experience to Clinical Research Fastrack as an instructor. Kim was the former Senior Vice President of Operations at Synexus Research, the largest integrated clinical research network in the world. In this role, she was responsible for oversight of all operational activities at the site level. This included patient safety, enrollment on trials, and quality data. She worked closely with all departments to ensure standardization across the sites. This means following consistent SOPs, source templates, QA processes, and standardized regulatory binders. Kim currently works as the Senior VP of Site Development Services at Total Clinical Trial Management.
