In this special interview, Fastrack CEO David Silberman sits down with our Director of Education, Genielle Rodriguez, who served as a lead on multiple GLP-1 trials, including the one recently approved by the FDA to treat MASH (a serious liver disease). Now, she brings that real-world experience into the classroom, training and mentoring the next generation of clinical researchers.
Episode 12: Interview with Chelsea!
Check out our latest episode of Fastracked to Success with Chelsea! Before finding Clinical Research Fastrack, she had recently graduated with a degree in Applied Science. She was unsure of what path she wanted to take, but knew she wanted to make an impact. After completing her training, Chelsea was quickly hired as a Clinical Research Associate!
Episode 11: Interview with Leia!
In this episode we catch up with 2020 alumni, Leia Wilkerson! Before completing her training with Fastrack, Leia worked a day-to-day job in insurance and wanted something more fulfilling with purpose. Leia currently works as a Research Regulatory Coordinator at the Children’s Hospital of Atlanta!

Check out our latest episode of Fastracked to Success with Maggie! With a degree in Political Science, Maggie was eager to find something more impactful in her career. She discovered clinical research and after training with Fastrack, Maggie was quickly hired in and has since found much success as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC).
Episode 09: Interview with Yanqin!
In this episode, you’ll meet Yanqin, a 2020 graduate of Clinical Research Fastrack. Before enrolling at Fastrack, Yanqin had an advanced degree in communications. She knew she needed a lot more to get into the field of clinical research. With our career coaching and mentorship, Yanqin is now a Senior Regulatory Affairs Associate!
Episode 08: Interview with Kavitha!
In this episode, you’ll meet Kavitha, a 2023 graduate of Clinical Research Fastrack. Before finding Fastrack, Kavitha earned a masters in India and worked as a pharmacy tech for years. She took a gap between work to raise her family, but was eager to enter clinical research for more growth opportunities. Kavitha completed her training and is now a Regulatory Affairs Coordiantor!
Episode 07: Interview with Chris!
In episode 7, you’ll meet Christopher Kisenda, a 2018 graduate of Clinical Research Fastrack. Before finding Fastrack, Christopher was working as a receptionist with a bachelors in natural science and biology. He was eager to enter an industry with his expertise and started looking into Clinical Research. Chris completed his training is now a Clinical Document Specialist.
Episode 06: Interview with Chaitali!
In episode six, you’ll meet Chaitali Shah, a 2023 graduate of Clinical Research Fastrack. Before finding Fastrack, Chaitali had been working in Clinical Research in India for years. After moving to the U.S., she was eager to find a entry to the industry that she still had so much passion for, but struggled to get hired on her own. After training with Fastrack, Chaitali is now a Primary Clinical Research Coordinator!
Episode 05: Interview with Jessica Higgins
In episode five, you’ll meet Jessica Higgins, a 2023 graduate of Clinical Research Fastrack. Before finding Fastrack, Jessica had been working in the healthcare industry for years as an LPN. She was eager to find a new career that still served her passion for improving the quality of life. After training with Clinical Research Fastrack, she was hired as a CRC Nurse at Accellacare where she has been working on incredible, life-changing trials!
Episode 04: Interview with Sara Iaconi
In episode four, you’ll meet Sara Iaconi, a 2018 graduate of Clinical Research Fastrack. Sara was a recent college graduate with a degree in health sciences. Before finding Fastrack, Sara didn’t know which route to take. After training with Clinical Research Fastrack, she has worked her way through various roles in clinical research and is now a Clinical Research Associate at Castle Biosciences, Inc.
Episode 03: Interview with Enrique Joachim
In episode three, you’ll meet Enrique Joachim, a 2024 graduate of Clinical Research Fastrack. Enrique is an International Medical Graduate who struggled to find a job in Clinical Research. After training with Clinical Research Fastrack, he found his dream role as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Columbia University.
Episode 02: Interview with Nidhi Tiyyagura
In episode two, you’ll meet Nidhi Tiyyagura, a 2023 graduate of Clinical Research Fastrack. Prior to her training, Nidhi was teaching medical students. She was eager to make a real impact on the healthcare industry and wanted more out of a career. She is a Medical Doctor, as well as a Clinical Research Coordinator, and continues to find success after training with Clinical Research Fastrack.
Episode 01: Interview with Adam Scott
In our first episode, meet Adam Scott, a 2018 graduate of Clinical Research Fastrack. Adam has worked his way up to becoming a Research Manager in Cancer Research, where he’s making a tangible difference in advancing treatments and patient care.
