Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before enrolling in the CRF Kickstart (the “Course”) provided by Clinical Research Fastrack (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing this Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Enrollment and Access

Upon receipt of the $450 enrollment fee, you are granted a single-user, non-transferable license to access the Course materials via our Learning Management System (LMS). Access is intended for the registered individual only; sharing login credentials or distributing course content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without a refund.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We aim for complete student satisfaction. To balance our commitment to students with the proprietary nature of our digital content, the following refund policy applies:

• Full Refund Eligibility: You are eligible for a 100% refund of the purchase price if you request the refund in writing within 7 days of purchase and have completed less than one-third (33.3%) of the course curriculum or (less than Part 1) as tracked by our Learning Management System.
• Ineligibility for Refund: No refunds will be issued if:
  
  • You have completed 34% or more of the course curriculum.
  • You have completed the certification exam or received your Certificate of Completion.
  • More than 7 days have passed since the date of purchase, regardless of progress.
• Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please email [email protected] with your full name, purchase date, and reason for the request. Refund eligibility is determined solely based on the progress tracking data within our LMS.

3. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, checklists, and the “Pro-Guide” modules, are the intellectual property of the Company. You are granted a limited license to view these materials for personal professional development. You may not record, copy, reproduce, or distribute any portion of the Course without express written consent.

4. Certification and “TransCelerate” Recognition

Upon successful completion of all modules and assessments, you will receive a Clinical Research Certification. This course is designed to meet TransCelerate BioPharma standards for the mutual recognition of GCP training. While this certification is internationally recognized, the Company does not guarantee employment, salary increases, or specific job placements as a result of completing the program.

5. Professional Conduct

As this program is designed for professionals, we expect students to maintain a high standard of conduct. Any attempt to “game” the LMS (e.g., fast-forwarding through videos to simulate completion) or plagiarize assessment answers may result in the forfeiture of your certification and termination of your account.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Course is provided on an “as is” basis. While we strive to provide the most current regulatory information (including FDA and ICH guidelines), clinical research regulations are subject to change. The Company is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the course content or for any consequences arising from the application of the information provided.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the Course. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the Course shall not exceed the total amount paid by you ($450).

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
