My name is Mary and I’ve had a wonderful week – eight days actually – of classes here. I have learned so much, my head is overflowing but I’m excited to get started in the clinical research area. I had been a bedside nurse for about 30 years – pediatric ICU, other intensive cares, I worked on a cruise ship – exploring my options in nursing and I’ve kind of reached an area where I’ve kind of exhausted all of those lateral moves and I was looking for something different but the same. Absolutely, I would recommend it to anybody who has a passion for what they do and wants to explore a new industry, perhaps bringing a skill set from one industry to another.
